During the classes, the whole body is activated and strengthened, especially the back, abdominal and deep muscles, which are responsible for proper posture, body stability, movement coordination and control.
Most often, when working in a sedentary job, skeletal muscles become stiff, less coordinated or weakened, which can cause discomfort or pain, especially in the back.
