This is a fat-burning, endurance, strength and flexibility workout. It is universal: it will suit those who want to lose weight, improve their body shape or simply maintain good shape and well-being.
The classes will strengthen the muscles of the whole body, improve the cardiovascular system, and improve the mobility and flexibility of joints and muscles.
Various equipment can be used to improve the effectiveness of the workout: rubber bands, additional weight, and balls.
