Aerobics and Pilates workout is focused on developing the entire musculoskeletal system, strengthening the cardiovascular system, and improving the condition of the spine.
During the classes, the whole body is activated and strengthened, especially the back, abdominal and deep muscles, which are responsible for proper posture, body stability, movement coordination and control.
