We invite members of the Vilnius University community to a series of lectures and training sessions on restoring our body structures to their original positions.
These sessions synthesise lectures and training, a new format that supplements low-medium intensity training with a wealth of theoretical knowledge.
The sessions are based on the Mulligan concept: applying mobilisation of the bone structure in combination with active movement. The proper position of the bone structure is obtained with the help of a roller or a hard ball; therefore, proprioceptors will also be activated through pressure, rolling, and a certain level of self-massage.
In the sessions, we will perform full-body exercises, and each of them will be dedicated to analysing a specific topic.
Session 1. Neck and jaw mechanism
Session 2. Shoulder arch and upper back
Session 3. Waist and pelvis
Session 4. Legs and Feet
Classes will be held on Mondays from 16:15 to 17:15 at the Universal Hall, Saulėtekio al. 2
