It is a dance training program inspired by various Latin and international music rhythms. The main rhythms are: salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton. Zumba dance training improves both emotional and physical health, effectively burning calories, strengthening muscles and heart function, and improving mood while reducing stress and anxiety.
Difficulty level: suitable for everyone - everyone repeats the movements according to their abilities.
