During the classes, we will learn correct yoga poses (Asanas), improve body flexibility and joint mobility, and combine all this with breathing techniques that will help you better understand your body and consciously control it. At the end of the class, there will be a time for relaxation and a short meditation to help release the day's tensions.
Difficulty level: yoga positions can be adapted to each person's abilities.
Intensity level: low / medium
These are classes based on judo and sambo principles, designed to teach basic techniques in standing position and on the ground that can be applied to self-defence.
