Taking care of your health requires you to change your approach to training and get to know your body better. This involves starting to take care of your posture, understanding the correct position of the spine, and recognising movements that can cause back pain. This unique exercise system requires completely different muscle work than in the gym.
Beginners will get acquainted with the basics of the method: breathing, body coordination, movement control, and learn basic Pilates exercises that they can apply in their daily lives.
