During the classes, we will not only improve flexibility, balance, and concentration, but also move dynamically and strengthen muscles, consciously combining movement with breathing. We will learn how to correctly perform various yoga poses (Asanas), apply Pranayama – conscious breathing techniques, and end the class with a relaxing meditation that helps integrate the effects of the practice on the body and mind, reducing body tension, calming emotions, and better understanding our inner state.
Difficulty level: advanced, but yoga poses can be adjusted according to each person’s abilities, so these classes are open to anyone who is ready to experience a more dynamic and intense yoga movement.
Intensity level: medium/high
This is functional strength training that occurs on a circular basis: athletes walk in a circle through exercise "stations" and perform physical exercises for specific muscle groups within a certain time interval. Each station provides an opportunity to perform various exercises that develop coordination and improve physical fitness, strength, and endurance.
This is a cardiovascular and fat-burning workout.
