HIIT (HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING) - is a cardio type of training, during which the heart muscles are activated by combining high and low-intensity exercises and rest periods.
HIIT sessions can be very diverse - their intensity, duration and the time of each exercise and rest vary.
The main goal of the training is to strengthen the cardiovascular system, increase endurance and improve your physical abilities. This will allow you to develop body functionality, coordination, strength and burn more than one calorie.
