Healthy exercise is a light, yet effective form of physical activity designed to improve overall body condition and well-being.
This workout is designed for people of all ages who want to improve their health, increase energy levels, and strengthen muscles without much exertion. Training goals: strengthen the cardiovascular system; improve body flexibility and mobility; strengthen the core muscles of the body (especially the abdomen, back, and legs); improve balance and coordination; reduce stress and tension, and promote relaxation.

The training focuses on developing the entire musculoskeletal system, improving the condition of the spine, and combining strength exercises and flexibility.
We invite members of the Vilnius University community to a series of lectures and training sessions on restoring our body structures to their original positions.
During the classes, the whole body is activated and strengthened, especially the back, abdominal and deep muscles, which are responsible for proper posture, body stability, movement coordination and control.
