Hatha yoga

Hatha yoga in Sanskrit means "connection of forces". Our strength is created from the balance of energies to achieve equilibrium between body, mind and spirit. This practice combines dynamic movements, and stable asanas, which are combined with conscious breathing. It is a great practice for those who want to free their thoughts, recharge their energy and feel inner peace.
