During the classes, the whole body is activated and strengthened, especially the back, abdominal and deep muscles, which are responsible for proper posture, body stability, movement coordination and control.
During the training, a therapeutic ball (Gym Ball) will be used, which, by shifting the centre of gravity, ensures that the weaker part of the body will work more and muscle balance will be promoted.
The classes are suitable for everyone, especially for the prevention of back pain. Exercises are selected taking into account the physical condition and health of each person.

This is functional strength training that occurs on a circular basis: athletes walk in a circle through exercise "stations" and perform physical exercises for specific muscle groups within a certain time interval.
