A specialized workout where all exercises are designed to strengthen and shape the lower body and abdominal wall.
Using equipment and your own body weight, exercises are performed for both the large muscle groups of the legs and the smaller muscles, making it truly the most effective workout for shaping the legs, buttocks, and abdominal press.

We invite members of the Vilnius University community to a series of lectures and training sessions on restoring our body structures to their original positions.
During the classes, the whole body is activated and strengthened, especially the back, abdominal and deep muscles, which are responsible for proper posture, body stability, movement coordination and control.
