These are classes based on judo and sambo principles, designed to teach basic techniques in standing position and on the ground that can be applied to self-defence. During training, we will learn safe falling techniques, basic throws, and groundwork techniques. The sessions will also develop strength, endurance, speed, technique, coordination, and self-confidence.
All you need for the classes is comfortable sportswear.
This is functional strength training that occurs on a circular basis: athletes walk in a circle through exercise "stations" and perform physical exercises for specific muscle groups within a certain time interval. Each station provides an opportunity to perform various exercises that develop coordination and improve physical fitness, strength, and endurance.
