Pilates exercise is for everyone, its versatility lies in the fact that the exercises can be made easier or more difficult depending on each person's individual abilities and health status. Classes take place: II - 5.30 p.m. and IV - 10.00 am.
Usually during sedentary work, the skeletal muscles become stiff, less coordinated, or weakened, resulting in back pain.
During functional training, we will increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility amplitude.
It is a cardio and strength training that includes buttocks, abdominal press, arm, leg muscle strengthening and strengthening exercises.
